Elevating a modern brokerage

Avenue 8 was a real estate technology startup focused on improving the home buying and selling experience. Beyond operating as a modern brokerage, the company aimed to establish itself as a trusted industry voice through thoughtful content and editorial initiatives.

As Design Director, I led a comprehensive rebrand to differentiate Avenue 8 within both real estate and technology. The new identity moved away from generic startup aesthetics and positioned the brand as a refined, high-end brokerage — balancing technological innovation with credibility, clarity, and authority.

Website

The website redesign served as the launching off point of the larger rebrand.

Info Graphics

Avenue 8 released a market report each month which consisted of market data, insights, and predictions. We developed an info graphic style to deliver the content in a visually appealing and digestible manner.

Marketing Campaign

Concurrent to the website redesign. We developed a national print and OOO marketing campaign that used the new visual language established in the website to generate interest for both consumers and served as a recruiting tool for real estate agents.
